屋根から雨漏りがすると連絡ありました。棟板金コーキング部分劣化の為そこから雨水が侵入しています。

雨漏りするから直して欲しいとご依頼がありました。
棟板金がずいぶん前から無いみたいでかなり前から雨漏りしていたと思います。なのでトタンも錆びており、塗装しても3年ほどでダメになる為カバー工事で修理しました。
